Must be a weight fluctuation or muscle loss, lol (says the pessimistic side of me). I only worked out 3/5 days this week, due to being sick and the rainy weather. And I had very little calorie deficit on average (~100 cals). But, considering these things, it feels good to not have gained (I was worried about that). Guess I'm still maintaining, and that's awesome!! :) Have a great weekend, all.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Being sick is no fun and it can mess with your weight, but I bet you are just great!! Once you are feeling 100% you will be back at it full strength!

Thank you, both! Tulip, I'm 5'7". Right now, I'm doing mostly workout DVDs and walking :) Skwhite, I can't wait until I feel better, because I'm looking forward to working out again. Walking I can still do, and the weather is supposed to be nice next week, so I'll definitely be doing something :)
