Wow, I still have not cracked the resisting "good food" when people are over. If we go out to eat I can do pretty well, but if we are at someone's house or have people over, I would have to cook an entire meal just for myself in order to not go way over what I am supposed to. Or just eat like a bird... Given my state of symptoms when I don't eat, I really need to figure this thing out...

We have an Amazing Race party every Sunday at one of the couple's house (us and friends). We will see where the groups are going the next week and plan food according to the culture where they are. Last night was the season premiere, so they started in America. My husband fixed meatballs with the most yummy sauce you could ever imagine, and sausage. I fixed myself half an acorn squash with the intent to avoid those bad things. I did okay with dinner, but then someone whipped out a seriously rich chocolate cake and I caved like a wet sand castle!!

Ok, I will move past my bad choices night, and I will have a great week! The ending of TOM is rounding around, so I will get a jump start this week.

Breakfast: 2 egg whites scrambled with Grey Poupon Creamy mustard (35 calories) on top of a flat out flat bread (90 calories) that is topped with laughing cow cheese (35 calories) and a Dannon Strawberry banana 4 oz yogurt (50 calories) with 1/2 serving of no sugar added Del Monte Mandarin Oranges (22 calories) and 1/8 cup of raspberries (8 calories). Total: 240 calories.
And I was full.
