I purchased the Wii and Wii fit for my daughter yesterday. I tried it out and by the time I looked up, 2 hours had passed, I was drenched in sweat and I was exhausted. I barely had enough energy to cook my dinner lol. And I slept like a baby.
I woke up this morning to discover I had lost 1.2 lbs. I am so excited. I LOVE WII FIT!!!!!!!
PS Today I will try the strength training. I don't think that will be too much fun lol
