Today I did some more exercises. I felt good about that. However I do like the way the log and exercise log do not intertwine. I like to know when I excise how much I have burnt for the day.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
