Saw an article from Dr. Oz that says dieting stress can keep you from losing belly fat. Since that is where 80% of where my fat is and what weight I have lost seems to have come from my face and neck, I can believe that there could be something to that theory. To boost fat loss in the mid-section, I need to get plenty of Omega 3's and Vitamin C. So I guess that is more reason to take the Fish Oil supplement and a multivitamin.
