Not doing good, too much drinking and fast food in the last 2 weeks and I FEEL IT lol. I've had 3 days straight good eating and exercise, plan on biking some more, eating more chicken. Less carbs. My goal is usually a week clean eating and it's better from there, first week hurts. But worth it. No drinking either for a while.
