Still firing on all cylinders. Net calorie loss has been greater than 1,000 every day since the Super Bowl. I have also been successful in keeping the fat under 35g and the net carbs under 100g
Biggest loser weigh-in is 17 days away. If I can maintain this pace I should exceed my goal of getting under 190.
Question is: What to do after that???
