So I haven't been following atkins to te t and its starting to bother be. I had a small breadstick last night and it totally made my stomach hurt. So I've come to the conclusion I defintley do not miss bread at all! I will be following it again.I want to loose 4 punds by June. Im going to start lifting weights a little and doing some cruches and russian twists. Ive been working 10 to 12 hour days so i get home and want to crash. I'm going to be leaving work on time for once today so i can wait to go home and eat dinner then work out. Maybe I'll jump rope outside too. We shall see. Everyone at work is now noticing how much weight i lost. Yesterday I had 3 people ask me if i lost weight. Hopefully when I go camping I won't gain the 40 pounds i lost back! lol
