Been up and down and all over the place over the past couple weeks (actually went back up to 302lbs)! But I got back on track (again) mid-last week and started pushing to stay under that 300 mark! So far so good, and with an exercise push from my lovely wife, I have started dropping weight again and am almost 4lbs. under 300! I need to get to the gym, but still haven't gotten it into my schedule. I'm hoping the end of the kids' school year allows me to get a little better control of the schedule, and I am able to take them up to the gym with me and get on a more intense strength and cardio program! Once I can do that, I know the pounds will start to melt away! #iCantWait
296.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
