Good Morning All, I would like to say first of all, I hope that no one will look at me differently from my last post. I do value your thoughts and opinions and I can only hope that you overlook what was said on my part. Okay, yesterday was a crazy day, I went shopping for the first time in ages, I had every intention to go to the gym afterwards, and I got a call from my best friend. She needed some help and moral support to get her motivated to get some things done at her house. Of curse I went, I will never tell her that something else is more important than her. She had leftover pizza waiting for me, and guess what I did Not eat it. I chose to eat raw veggies instead, and a yogurt. The bad part was I ate them with some ranch dressing.
Today I was planning on going to the gym and do some more shopping, and yes my plans changed. ** Let this be a lesson to myself and everyone else, Never plan on things because they never go the way you expect them to or want them to. I do have a backup plan but not calling it a plan I am just going to do it. HaHaHa. Still having a very hard time drinking enough water. That should do it for now, I hope you all have a blessed day !!!!!!!!!!!!

We make plans, life happens, and we adjust and adapt. Making your friend a priority when she needed you makes you a great friend to her. And congrats on resisting the pizza and going with veggies/yogurt. That's all good stuff....just do the best you can. Have a great day!

Veggies and a cup of ranch still would be a better option than pizza :-). Hooray for you on the victory.

Hey Sherrie, I for one can promise you I will never judge you for anything you post .... it's the beauty of this site for me. I can speak straight from the liver (I.e. no filters) and I won't worry about being judged here. We are all here for each other. Good job on resisting the pizza by the way! :)
