First day of Lila's vacation. I've gained 11 pounds since my low point at 185 pounds. My goal by the wedding is 180 pounds. Eating real food today, then strict diet and exercise.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
