Josie Ann's Journal, 15 May 2014

Clean mindful eating, plus cardio strength workouts 5x/week, and I'm aiming to get these last 7 lbs off. Feel good doing a new workout program as I've just been running for over 4 years now; which has gotten quite boring with a capital B! Focusing on the process and all of the little steps we take each day that makes us proud of ourselves.

Amen sister! It really was bumming me out; doing the same activity. Felt like a hamster its wheel.
