Stuck in the 335 weight range. I know why but can not motivate ...EXCERCISE ... need my butt kicked.
335.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Me too. You just promise not to hit me back, okay? Ed. Your food log. Is that everything you're eating in a day? It can't be right? The first kick in the butt comes from you. You need to log everything. Don't be embarrassed by it. I'd be quite willing to help, but you need to do your part and log all your food. Exercise never hurts, but it will not allow you to lose weight if you're eating too many calories. It will make you feel better though, and it balances a lot of your blood chemistry. It can be as simple as a short walk each day to start.

Little by little. Walk to the end of the driveway a few times today or walk in place during commercials if you're a tv watcher. Every time I take a potty break at work, I take a loop around the corridor. I started wearing a pedometer and try for a couple hundred more steps each day.
