-(26min)-Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred (Day 03 of 30) Level-1 (Day 03 of 10).

Great routine this morning!

I am feeling the return of my breathing discipline. Oh what a feeling.

I'm still having to do the modified form of the Push-Up (on the knees) for the third day now, but I know this is due to my ongoing recovery from my this past Muscle Monday's chest blast. So it's all good.

149.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
