Well I didn't hit my goal of 220 lbs. by my cruise but we actually don't leave until tomorrow so maybe I'll hit the treadmill in the morning and see what I get after that. It's no big deal because I was pretty darn to close to hitting the goal. I am going to reward myself with this cruise by enjoying time with family and friends not get caught up in rewarding myself with food. This a bad habit I have been trying to break for some time. My plan is to eat most of my meals in the dining room so I can watch my portions and that way I can avoid the dreaded "floating buffet" haha. My friend and I also plan to start our day with a daily walk on the walking track or hit the treadmill. I am so excited for this trip for everyone involved. We all need a big stress reliever. Hope to send a journal tomorrow then I'l be out for about a week because the internet on the ship is really slow and I don't want to pay for a slow connection. Later my friends.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have a wonderful time. My only advice for the dining room is this....never have the "chocolate melting cake" for desert. It's like crack. Once you try it, all you want is more! lol.
