Cheat day was yesterday. Originally went up to 199.5 but back down to 196.5 by morning. Hopefully post-cheat-days continue to give me a net loss overall.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
