Running is wonderful and training for an event like a 10K is a great motivator. Got out for another four mile hard run today and it felt like I was torching calories long into the evening after the run. For some reason these runs suppress my appetite to the point were a reasonable meal is all I need to keep me satisfied. All over goodness.
