Yesterday was my off day. Eat whatever you wanted. I ate quite a bit more yet I didn't gain a pound. This body for life is great. I mean it. I started off with some German coffee cake. And from there ate mostly food items from Body for Life. But I pigged out. It's nice not to gain a pound.

Good for you! I always enjoy the free days. It's much easier to stay with it the rest of the week.
