Have been without internet for about a week and a half. Miss the accountability. Aiming to get to 175 by limiting sugar and gluten, drinking more water, and adding some spring walks to my life. Gardening and spring cleaning will help too. :)
178.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

have you been diagnosed as a celiac? Studies indicate that going gluten free does nothing for people who do not have a diagnosed gluten allergy aka celiacs. However, if it makes you feel better and increases satiety to eat that way then why not? Just don't expect results due to the nature of the food is all.
