Well...I see I need to bring an alternative lunch on Brown Bag Lunch day. Or, I will need to be able to workout that night. Hopefully I've had enough rest to be able to workout tonight. I gained .2 lbs. It's not the concerning because I also didn't use the bathroom yesterday. With the running around I only got maybe 5 of my 8 waters in. I'm going to make up the deficit today and get things moving. Id still like to see 185 tomorrow...Saturday at the latest.
