Axevus Star's Journal, 13 May 2014

Hello my fellow FatSecreteurs,

It's been a long while since my last journal entry and there's much to say, so I'll be brief.

It's been nearly four months since I fell ill with the first of three concurrent illnesses, during which I had taken in a ton of comfort food. Finally, after getting back to "normal'', and making some new changes to how and what I eat, I am ready to jump back in again.

In my first seven-month stint I successfully lost 35 pounds, 10 of which have returned during my down-time. That left me with a net loss of 25 pounds...I'm not going to complain a single bit.

This time however, I have chosen to refrain from my original 7- days of cardio per week to a 6 and1 with a cardio-free, "Muscle Monday", now in the mix.

Yesterday, 2014.05.12 was the beginning of this new cycle.

I figured, since I have all of this exercise equipment that I have collected slowly over the years, just taking up space in the basement, why not put it to good use. Right?

So, my next journal entry will will document my first Muscle Monday using some of them.
