Right on track .. and I broke 230 pounds! Sweet .. :-)
229.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YESSS and I got down below 220 today. I'll record it here in a few. We both got a way to go still but I am getting more and more confident. Keep it tracking and KEEP THE ARROWS GREEN...LOL.
