I am feeling super proud of myself. Today was our second Brown Bag Lunch and it was catered by Moe's again. This time I left the tortilla bowl alone. I don't like them so I don't know why I even ate part of it last time.

There was an unrequested plate of chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies, my two favorite. I really haven't had any issue with being tempted to have something off my diet, but today....well, today I felt like I was being pulled by my mouth towards the cookies. I was trying to even justify having half of one to myself.

I eventually struck up a conversation with someone leaving the room, and I walked away from them unscathed. I do feel that I'm running out of energy already today. It could be from the restless sleep I got, or from lunch (though I'm not sure how).

Tonight I am going to begin washing clothes, and then go for a walk while I wait for them to cycle through. I'm not sure what caused or if I'm recovered from yesterday's crash but I really want to get up and move.
