WOOT!! WOOT!! I'm half way!!!

Thanks to all my fs buddies who have put up with my impatient whining, moaning, and groaning!! My next mini-goal will be 200 or under ... yippee! Have a wonderful Saturday everyone ...
206.8 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am SO happy for you. 32 lost, 32 to go. WOOT!!! WOOT!!! right back at you. I imagine you did the happy dance after you got off the scale. I like that you do mini-goals, that is what I decided to do and it makes it easier some how. I actually changed my goal weight to 160 versus 150. When I get to 160 then I will change it to 150 which is what I want to weigh. My mini-goal is to weigh 165 by the end of this month. Whatever works, works. I just came in from yard work, OMG, that is hard work and hard on the body. It is jacket weather but I want to get it done before the new stuff really comes in more than it is now. It damages the new growth to be raking over it. I am done for the day with this, I am listening to my spine saying to me. Stop, stop, stop. So I stopped. Keep us the great work. I am so proud of you. ((hugs))
