Took another approach to the diet this week. Limiting carbs to 20-32g a day but raised my caloric intake to about 1500-1700 calories a day and over 220g protein a day. I also lowered the amount of cardio I did this week (approx 1 hour and 15 min total).

My body composition is now visibly changing. Will continue this 6 day low carb, one day carbo load routine for 3 more weeks.

This week I have 14.8% body fat (28.8 Pounds of fat and 166.2 Pounds of lean) - measured properly (no sucking in) using the calc at healthcentral.com.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
