Someone must have switched my energizer batteries for rayovac. I lost the energy to workout. I made it through all of the yoga moves on the Wii Fit, but 15 minutes into the strength training I started crashing. I moved the balance board onto the hard tile of the kitchen so I could do the body test, and the board seemed so heavy. Plus I couldn't keep my balance right.

I hopped on the scale in my bathroom to take my night weight (hooray its under 190; I'm so happy to see that) but my balance issue was worse. I seem to be losing the battle with gravity and am melting into the floor.

Well its 9, so I guess its ok to call it a night. Good Night!
