So I found out that the sacal I was using to weigh myself was not working properly so I bought a new one and weighed myself last night... I could cry thinking that I weighed less than I actually do. 153 lbs... Wow I have changed my goal weight now to 125 so I need to lose 28 pounds! I can do this and I will do this! Im watching my calorie intake and Im doing exercise daily so as long as I keep it up this will be a walk in the park. GO ME!!!!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
