Just a pound down, but my exercise and eating habits were spotty this week. But given the stress level I'm still coming down from, there was nothing anyone could say the last couple days to keep me from eating what I wanted. X) Next week will even out.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 May 2014:

You are doing great! You are looking great as well. Thanks for posting- it is uplifting to all to a see a job well done. A pound is a lot- never forget how many times in your old life you weighed an extra pound and said, so what. No big deal And that is how it adds up! It is a big deal to keep in a downward pattern!

Well, you obviously have a better average weekly weight loss than me or you wouldn't be bummed at your 1 lb. loss! Regardless of what each of our norms is, it's good that you recognize how the stress has effected your habits and know that you are working to correct that.
