Good Morning, FS Warriors! Not much to report this early, but wanted to log my run and get to work around the homestead. Nothing to bragg about; got up about 6:30, walked for a little over 1/2 mile and then jogged for 2.2 miles. I am training with the HR monitor, so most of my runs have to be kept under 70% of my Max HR. Sometimes that means I have to almost crawl. The system works though. Today I felt particularly sluggish and it was too easy for my HR to climb. Could have been the cheeseburger and fries last night, or the two Bud Light Longnecks. I don't know, but I've got to do 5 miles tomorrow morning and I'm going to be dragging if the run feels like this one.
Got a plumbing outfit coming out later today to give me an estimate on putting a furnace in my workshop. When it's too cold in the winter, it's hard to get motivated to do what I should be doing. Of course, if it's too nice down there, DW may never see me. Hmmmm. Anyway, hoping everyone has a great weekend. Toodles!
