HPHILL's Journal, 10 May 2014

Day 1:

Today is the first day I have counted calories, and I am really doing it to see if what I thought I was taking in was anywhere close to accurate. Important for the reader to note: nothing I was doing was anywhere close to accurate.

This is me eating relatively healthy. That means that out here in Afghanistan when the Girl Scout cookies made their appearance, and I decided that I was active enough to eat a million of them, I was actually lying to myself like it was cool or something.

On the subject of Girl Scout cookies. They are delicious. Over the course of three and a half decades, I have heard various arguments putting one type of cookie above the others. I will settle it for all of you. They are all god damned delicious.
