LOL I have seen no decrease in the actual number on the scale since week 2 of weight training, but can see all kinds of changes in the way my cloths fit and the amount of muscle and actual definition. It doesn't bother me that the "scale" hasn't moved. I feel and look alot healthier and..... it will move as it is supposed to move. Looking good and feeling great!!!
268.2 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
