1 mile today
getting bored with the 'dread-mill' so have been hopping on the elliptical and doing more strength training.

that's awesome!! i try to switch it up on the treadmill too, i jog/walk for 5 mins then run/sprint for 1 minute, then back to jogging....then increase slowly. it keeps me on my toes. :)
