Okay the scale is moving south again. Gained some bio individual info from a genetics test I took (Pathway Genomics/Pathway Fit). Recommendation from genetic markers seemed to jive with blood type diet recommendation for my blood type. Type A so I need to get most of my protein, fat and carbs from plant sources and eat fish and some red meat in moderation. This is a big change from the current popular low-carb higher-fat and moderate protein which I've been following. Will take me a few days to switch gears. But the energy levels are up and I've increased my exercise as a result.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
