I am pleasantly full from lunch! What a great feeling. I had a 4oz Turkey patty that I baked last night. I threw a slice of fat-free American cheese on top and sprinkled some flax seed to get in that fiber. My side was a quarter cup of leftover collard greens. For dessert I had a sugar free jello snack cup.
Since I've already downed 1L and am working on the 2nd L of water, I'm going to take a Pepsi break and try the Pepsi Zero I bought last night while shopping hungry.
