Well I almost made my goal of 207 off .2 but I am happy hopefully I can hit 205 next week, that will leave the final 10lbs to go. Good thing every bit of clothing I own fits some to big some I haven't fit in for a couple of years fit great my waist is down to 35, my neck at 16.5 I would reckon body fat is about 19%.

207.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
