I have been terrible, I have been off my diet for several weeks and am lucky I only gained the weight back that I did.

Starting today, I need to get back on track with low carb or no carb eating. You would know that I have a party every night this week. Oh, well try to be good.

Consume less alcohol units.

171.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
