I started nutre skinne shots yesterday. I got a 3 day free sample from Jen. Not sure if i see a difference in energy or anything yet. another change is I have been trying to eat more vegetables lately. Also have been drinking white tea instead of coffee. If i want coffee I have been drinking it black. Small changes but seems to be working, fingers crossed it stays that way! :)
171.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
