Had my 100 days check up on Tuesday and they said it was really amazing. So I'm really happy to even tho I still feel as tho I should be under 200 lbs by now. When I first saw them a year ago my bmi was 48 and I was stage III obese, when I saw them in Jan '14 I was stage II obese and bmi of 42, but now my bmi is 31 and I'm stage I obese. Get my bmi down under 30 I'll be overweight not obese in medical terms.
I bought some no flavor protein powder and so I really going to work on getting my protein in. Plus Bariatric Advantage has come out with multi vit capsules for now I'll be able to take all my vitamins with no issuses.
