I never thought i would get o the day where I LOVE working out. You will not believe what all i did yesterday. I did 3 sessions of Turbo Jam (Learn & Burn, 20 Minute, and Ab Jam), I rode my bike 10 miles, and I had dance practice last night, and this CRAZY girl had us doing all kinds of stuff across the floor I was about to pass out. I know one thing I have to make sure I eat enough substance during the day on dance practice days becuse I can't afford to pig out after I get home which is around 10pm. I said I was going to rest today because i was kind of sore last night but I can not sit still I am going to go riding in about on hour or so after my breakfast digest and I watch 106 & Park. I am going to try and stay away from the Turbo Jam today. Wish me luck!!!!

thanks for the advice..i thought i was stretching enough but i guess not because i am still sore! (from 2 days ago..) so what is your secret..where do you get the energy? are you following the diet? becuz this week..i have not to a tee..i am drinking protein/fruit/flax juice every morning tho and i'm still losing weight..but tired..i wonder what i need to do to get energized!

I went mad on the exercise on phase 1 that was before I got a full time job. It does feel great when the adrenaline pumps keep it up!

I have No idea where I get the energy. I go to bed super tired but I wake up and i am ready to go. I was always a big rider. I would ride like 20 miles. My mom has had the Turbo Jam DVD's for a while now and i just never really tried them. I put them on one day and I just LOVE it. I have tried to keep up with other workout videos like Tae Bo (or how ever you say/spell it) but they were not exciting to me. it may be because they are too long. The "Burn" from the Learn and Burn is only about 15mins, the 20 minute of course is 20 mins, and the AB Jam is 20 mins(10 standing/10 on the floor). They each have a low impact version so if you are getting tired you can switch it up and still keep going. I am trying to work my way up to the Cardio Party it is 45 minutes straight and alot more intense. It also has a Turbo Sculpt that you do with hand weights but I am holding off on that one until I work off some fat first.
