Up .4 lbs today. I'm clearly on that "up & down" a tad part of my body's process. I'm okay with it though. Looking at my chart it looks good. I've had a pretty steady downward slope for a while now so it makes sense that I would level off a bit before the next downward slope. Of course I'm still anxious to reach the "official" half-way point of 207 as well as celebrating being under 200 lbs but it will arrive when it arrives. I know it doesn't really make sense to stress about it, especially when I am able to wear more of my clothes, I feel good, and I know I am doing the things I need to do. So, today is a good attitude day for me. I have a busy day ahead at work, both today and tomorrow actually so that will keep me from obsessing as well. So ... here's to all of you out there in fat secret land ... stay the course, be kind to yourself (it really isn't very helpful to beat up on ourselves regardless of what we weigh), and be encouraged by all the wonderful support here!!
