Happy Valentine's Day! I indulged myself with some dark chocolate covered coffee beans! I walked tonight, with my new tennies - thank God I finally found a great pair, with NO knee pain! wooohooo I don't know if it's the tennies or that I have been doing stretches & mobilization on my knee, or a combination of both!
