Woohoo! Zumba was great! And...I am relieved!

Tomorrow I will get on the scale. I have a feeling that it is going to be a little higher than 187.6 because I drank 3L (12.69) of water and dinner was kind of big. I swear I used correct serving sizes, but I guess the more ingredients you add the bigger it gets. I think I've got my chicken and broccoli with cheese sauce almost tweaked. Though, it might need a cheese with less brine than feta. Maybe next time I'll try a goat cheese. I'm am so happy to find a way to add more fiber. You can really throw flax seed into almost any solid meal and it doesn't affect the taste.

I made it through Valentine's Day with no chocolate. I didn't cheat at all. So now, I guess I can have something nice for my birthday.
