All of the sudden, after a month of ridiculous stalling with weight despite good behavior, my body has decided it CAN lose weight and now I am seeing results on the scale. I think that my body didn't think I was serious, and now that I have shown it 6 weeks of commitment, it says OK, I will release the fat. When I hit 10 pounds I will be so happy and feel like this is doable, slow, but doable.
