Carol Crosby's Journal, 13 February 2011

All of the sudden, after a month of ridiculous stalling with weight despite good behavior, my body has decided it CAN lose weight and now I am seeing results on the scale. I think that my body didn't think I was serious, and now that I have shown it 6 weeks of commitment, it says OK, I will release the fat. When I hit 10 pounds I will be so happy and feel like this is doable, slow, but doable.

Diet Calendar Entries for 13 February 2011:
1519 kcal Fat: 63.56g | Prot: 68.25g | Carb: 150.19g.   Breakfast: sugar, cool whip lite, banana muffin, strawberries, fat free half and halft, coffee. Lunch: cheddar cheese, egg, diet coke, ham slice, pam, egg whites. Dinner: peperoni pizza. Snacks/Other: pretzel rods, white wine, almonds. more...
