cheat day yesterday was awesome if i can keep going but work to eat a little healthier during the week i can only make the cheat day that much more worth it it is nice to look forward to this for the weekend
199.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
