Originally started at 325lb on day 1, but hadn't found this website yet. Since I found the website, I have been faithfully recording food. I will also update weight on appropriate challenges and weigh-in locations on my weigh-in day. Basically just writing this note to remind myself of where I started when I am looking this over months from now! My first official day on Atkins Induction was January 26, 2011.
