Starting this journey again. More for my health this time. My cholesterol is border line high. Time to take control now before it gets out of hand. My over all cholesterol is 231 and my bad cholesterol is 127.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
