Just finished a program called MOVE sponsored by the VA ... seven week course once a week. Learned that over 21 weeks the average weight loss is 10% of ones body weight ... that is over a large sampling. Also portion sizes are extremely small! 89% of good diet programs include excercise and monitoring food. I have promoted FAT SECRET as much as I could. Just a note for today ... Got to get below 330! Send me some love.
335.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
