No more excuses. GET BACK ON TRACK. Get back to the basics, including writing and looking up all food. Not just letting FS do it for me.

I know I can do this-just do it.
Weigh in tomorrow - challenges start at midnight so go for it.
Will have a lose by March 24, and March 31.
