Yay! I figured out the weird gain...or at least a contributing factor.

***TMI WARNING***

I am peri-menopausal. My cycle now is unpredictable. 3 weeks between on period, 3 months between the next. My body got ready for one, and then waited around for the proper hormonal changes to get things started...7 weeks this time. And my body holds on to that weight until things have wound down...so it can start over. phhhtttt. So now I am 4ish lbs from making my next goal of 188lbs by two weeks from now at my birthday.

Cross your fingers for me! I'll work it hard though!
192.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
