I can not figure out how many carbs are "ok" to eat in a day. I know with some diets it is as low as 0 but some say 150. Can anyone answer this for me? Thank you in advance for your help!

it really depends on the type of structure you are looking for, some people can't eat a lot of carbs for medical reasons (I'm one of them) Some people want a low carb diet, some people track their macros instead of their calories and do intense calculations to determine their carb allowances. And lastly, some people find carb is a huge eating trigger for them. So it really depends on what you are looking to get out of this. and how you are structured as a person

It depends on a lot of factors and there is no one answer. No one should eat "0" carbs though. Your brain needs carbs to function properly. Your body needs carbs to function properly. If you are athletic and workout a lot, you will need more. Carbs are energy. Focus on low glycemic carbs like fruits and veggies. Get plenty of lean protein. You can carb cycle with higher and lower days. You just have to see how your body reacts.
